Return a Product

If you have decided to return one or more products you have purchased from our online store, please follow the procedure below. Products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.

1) Carefully pack the unopened and unused product in a shipping box. (Note we do not accept returns of products that are not in their original packaging or that have been used or are more than 30 days beyond the purchase date.)

2)  Address the box to:

3) Please use a trackable mail service as provided by Canada Post, Fedex, DHL or UPS at your own expense. 

4a) Send an email to support@eirene.ca and advise of your decision to return the item.  Indicate if you want an exchange for a different product or a refund. We will provide approval for the return subject to the terms above.

4b) Provide the tracking information in the email along with your order number (found on your original purchase notification email that was sent when you initially purchased the product from us).

5) Ship the product to us.

6) Allow for 7-10 business days for us to process the returned product.
